Logline:
Xena saves a mysterious warrior (Tom Atkins), who later professes to be her estranged father. But the reunion is anything but happy, as Xena tries to find out if the man's claims are true.

My Comments:
Ares returns once again and tries to win Xena back by the playing the role of her father. Her long lost father. This episode also brings the question of Xena's parentage: is Ares truly Xena's father.

Stephan Lovatt will turn up again in season 4 as Phlanagus in "A Good Day" and again in season 5 as Hades in "God Fearing Child", "Looking Death In the Eye" and "Motherhood."
