My Comments:
Let's see if we get this straight, shall we: Arminestra is the uber Xena. Shakti (a guy) is Gabrielle. Khindin is Alti. Got that?

Okay, so Naiyima sends "our" Xena to "her" future--Arminestra. She's a great peacekeeper (which means old Xena must have done something "really good"---AFIN! to get put into the body of a peacekeeper). Gabrielle, meanwhile back her "time" is visibily pissed. As she should be. So, Naiyima sends Gabrielle to "her" future--Shakti. He's a great warrior.

So, Armi tries to keep warlord Khindin (Alti) from taking the village, enslaving people. Khindin realizes Armi is Xena and vice versa. In rides in Shatki. Shatki and his band of merry warriors save the people and temporarily defeat Khindin. Shatki is hurt and Armi helps. POOF! They realize that they are connected. Gabrielle tells Xena she looks different---Xena says so do you.

In the end, Xena and Gab defeat Alti and send her spirit away, never to return again (note that last part!)

Okay whatever. It was after this point that the use of Alti becomes rather boring.
