Logline:
In India, Xena and Gabrielle meet up with Eli (Timothy Omundson), who's now the Avatar (a good god). Then all three meet Indrajit (Rajneel Singh), who's definitely a bad god.

My Comments:
The episode that almost became a lost one. This episode--there is nothing I can other than it was not good. So Gabrielle tosses her staff in the water--denying her true self.

I'm reminded of a Battle On! cartoon that used to be on Tom's Xena Page--Gabrielle playing with her new hair style and Xena off to the side tacking up a missing poster on a tree--Gabrielle complete with the BGSB, long golden hair and STAFF!!!!

This was a highly criticized episode by some in the Hindu religion. They almost got it banned from future airings. However, some editing and a PSA by Lucy, Renee and a representative cleared the way for it's rebroadcast and establishing the compaign against censorship. This campaign proved successful in getting the episode back on the air.
