Logline:
Xena, Gabrielle and Eve return to Amphipolis to discover that
Mephistopheles (Anthony Ray Parker), the king of hell, is preparing for war.
To stop it, Eve prepares to make the ultimate sacrifice, but Xena says no, attempting
to battle Mephistopheles in his realm before clashing with him again on Earth.

Xena returns home to find her hometown a haven for an evil spirit and she learns
her mother was burned at the stake. Definitely not the happy homecoming she
was expecting.
This episode has been dubbed the homage to Rob and Sam's "Evil Dead" movies.
